TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email from us with a free tracking number once your order is shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
SHIPPING TO USA, UK, Canada & Australia
We are only shipping to the US, UK, Canada and Australia, due to severe logistic delays in the world right now. However, once everything starts becoming normal again we will be excited to announce worldwide shipping.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Seek Silk Skin is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We ask you to please take your time before purchasing and only buy when you are ready. Once you have payed for your order we cannot cancel it and it will be processed and shipped out to you. You can try sending us an email within the first 6 hours however we cannot guarantee anything.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
