We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us through email within 5 days after receiving yours and we will provide a replacement and return address or a refund as preferred.
Note: Footage of the damaged or defective product must be presented in your email (scroll to the bottom of the page to view the requirements of a refund/return application). We do not accept refunds or returns if the product is not damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the product at email@example.com, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns or refunds after our specified 5 days of receiving your package.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or suddenly changing your mind after receiving your order.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do so by sending a message on the Contact Us page.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:You must include video or image footage showing the item we sent was defective. Failure to comply will result in an invalid refund/returns request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 5 days since the product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer. The refund process might take up to 2 weeks of progression for verification purposes. A full refund to the original method of payment will be given if the customer provides the right information regarding the defective item, this can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
Seek Silk Skin will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels you send for an exchange. You are required to provide a tracking number for us so we can view the proof of return. It is your responsibility to ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from occurring.
