When will my package arrive?

You can expect to receive your package within 7 - 20 business days (excluding processing time). Read for more information.

The shipping time consists of two sections

Processing Time (3 - 5 days): All orders are sent to manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours. The manufacturer then conducts a quality check & order verification to make sure everything is correct, this takes 3 - 5 days.

Shipping Time (7 - 20 days): Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us along with a tracking number to track your package. Shipping times vary for every destination however, here are our estimates:

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use your number on our tracking page to stay updated with your order. 

Please note it can take up to 7 business days after shipment for our logistic partners to update your tracking number, please be patient and rest assured you'll receive your package :-)

Sometimes customers will experience delays in logistics updating the tracking information. This is perfectly normal and waiting a few extra days will often solve the problem.

What if I buy multiple products?

First of all, thank you and we hope to see you back again 😊

There are two different possible scenarios:

1. For logistical reasons, sometimes products in the same order will be sent in separate packages for a faster delivery. Don’t worry if you haven’t received all your items at once, they are on their way and you'll receive a tracking number for every item you purchased.

2. You'll receive one tracking number for your package containing all your purchased products which you can then track on our page.

Order Issues & Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged. Please contact us through email within 5 days after receiving yours and we will provide a replacement and return address or a refund as preferred. For more information check out our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

We ask you to please take your time before purchasing and only buy when you are ready. Once you have payed for your order, we cannot cancel it and it will be processed and shipped. You can try sending us an email within the first 6 hours however we cannot guarantee anything.

Are there any customer fees?

Though unlikely please be aware that orders may be subject to custom fees depending on the customer's location. As Seek Silk Skin has no control over these charges, it is your responsibility to bear the cost of any additional fees.
